In the INTRODUCTION I shared the list I found in 2016 that opened my eyes to how I was being treated in my marriage. Here is the link to a version of the same article (on a different website, but still the same article.)
The first real tool I introduce is in CHAPTER ONE: Leaving the Denial. I have a YouTube video breaking down my exact process of this, and how I used it. I even read parts of my journal.
In CHAPTER THREE: Leaving the Excuses, I shared Don Miguel Ruiz's book: The Four Agreements. This integral tool will help you take responsibility for what's yours while letting go of what isn't. I highly recommend you read the full book.
